Thanks a lot! I do have a question: Can the texture of a sunscreen somehow affect its protection level? I do get a bit of sunburn while using the famous Beauty of Joseon sunscreen, although it's a level 50/PA++++ sunscreen. I never had this issue while using the CosRx Aloe sunscreen, although this one only has PA+++, if I remember correctly. I wonder why this happens? They use different filters for sure, but I also feel like the CosRX is very nice for applying a thick layer to the skin and let it sink in evenly while the BoJ feels more watery and as if it would absorb almost too far into the skin. I always use plenty of product as I'm exposed to the sun/sky - thank god - daily.

I’ve been dealing with photocontact dermatitis that I got from using a chemical sunscreen from neutrogena 😖 I’ve had to switch over to all mineral-based, and so far it has seemed to have resolved!

Sadly im allergic to make up products that has Spf on it .

Before watching this vedio, Dr V is a great person working for skin of color and her all products are great especially her sunscreen, skincare + protection. Skin of color works completely different from all other skin tone, a slight careless mistake can cause anything. Dr V is always strict when it comes to melanin kings and queens. She always put prevention first. And basically what she claims is what is good and bad for skin, it’s that simple . If you have no issue with denatured alcohol or fragrance but it’s not good or health to our skin for long time avoiding these chemicals are always good our skin. @Dr V is the best.

I totally get it Chemical Sunscreen formula application is so much better. The reason to be using MINERAL, is that the small particles from chemical, affect/destroy ocean habitats , such as CORALS. So I try to be less selfish and keep looking for a better mineral option.

My skin hates Niacinamide after being diagnosed with diabetes type 2, as I previously was able to use moisturizers with it daily. So hard to find any skincare without Niacinamide, especially moisturizers, toners, serums and sunscreens. Too bad this one like many Korean products contains plant extracts which triggers breakouts and contact dermatitis for me: Mugwort and Green Tea.

So does it have SPF or no?

Eucerin anti-shine mattifying finish sunscreen spf 50 lightweight lotion for face.....: where to start... too thick to spread easily, leave the skin shiny AND tacky. Not mattifyng at all. Infos on the bottle are totally false. I have dry to normal skin. It's a HUGE disapointment and too expensive for a face sunscream. Dont waste your money. You can see the shinning on his face and how he has to work hard to spread this stuff.

I don’t care. I just make small excursions outside anyways. And skin aqua doesn’t make me oily or burn my eyes. And the PA ++++🥰

All the Korean an European sunscreens ive tried break me out. I've only found a few that don't, and they are the type found in US stores/businesses.

Both. Most sunscreens burn my eyelids, specifically my upper eyelid (I rarely apply ANY kind of skincare product to my upper eyelids). It’ll turn my normal smooth, naturally oily upper lid into cracked, scaly lizard skin 🥲 Of course sunscreen also burns my eyes too (oily/combo girly)

I just tried this for the first time and I'm honestly really impressed with the formula. I am WHITE, so the slight peachy tint is perfect for me. I'm 33, and I also have acne prone, dry skin and I find this blends into almost a satin matte finish on my skin. I layer it over the Prequel gel moisturizer and they play beautifully together. So far highly recommend!
